After one of the most productive seasons ever by an Okanagan Rocket, Tanner Campbell is taking his game to the next level with the Chilliwack Chiefs for the 2014-2015 season.
Campbell posted 29 goals and 38 assists for 67 points in 38 games for the Rockets this past season, helping the club to a National Bronze medal at the Telus Cup. The 67 points ranks 4th all time for single season production.
"We are thrilled that Tanner was able to secure a spot in the BCHL for next year, it was his goal in coming to our program for the 13-14 season, and the fact that Tanner could set himself up in just one season speaks volumes about the season he had with us." said Rockets general manager David Michaud.
“We are very happy to add Tanner to our lineup,” said Chiefs Head Coach and General Manager Jason Tatarnic. “He had an excellent year, and anytime you can add a player with national tournament experience, it can only help your team. He produced good offensive numbers last season and we’re hoping he can do the same for us.”
